What real cold chain looks like
- Temperature controlled storage from pharmacy to courier handoff.
- Insulated packaging with phase change gel, not ice.
- Last mile delivery in a refrigerated vehicle, not a motorbike box.
- Signature on receipt, never doorstep drop.
If your provider cannot describe their cold chain end to end, assume there isn't one.
