1. Who we are
Orvion is operated by Orvion Medical FZ-LLC, a healthcare company based in the United Arab Emirates. The platform operates under the telehealth framework of the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) and the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Medical services are provided exclusively by physicians licensed by the relevant UAE health authority (DHA, MOHAP, DOH-Abu Dhabi or equivalent), and prescriptions are dispensed by UAE-licensed pharmacy partners. All medications are registered with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be a resident of the United Arab Emirates.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete medical and personal information.
- You agree to use the service only for your own healthcare.
4. Medical services
Consultations and prescriptions are at the sole discretion of the treating physician. Not every patient is eligible for every treatment. The physician's clinical judgment is final. Information you provide must be truthful and complete; withholding information may put your safety at risk and may result in refusal of treatment.
5. Prescriptions and pharmacy
Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate and dispensed by our licensed pharmacy partner. You may not resell or transfer prescription medication. Medication is intended for the patient named on the prescription only.
6. Pricing, payment and refunds
- Pricing is shared transparently before any prescription is issued.
- Payment is taken at the point of order.
- Once medication has been dispensed by our licensed pharmacy partner and handed to the courier, it is non-refundable and non-returnable under UAE health regulations, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the doctor has reviewed your case.

7. Delivery
Orders are delivered across the UAE and the United States by approved couriers, with cold chain handling where required and signature on receipt. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, including by attempting to access other patients' records, interfering with the service, or using automated tools to collect data.
9. Intellectual property
All content, branding and design on this site are the property of Orvion or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or republish material without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Orvion's liability to you is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including for personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, provide false medical information, or where required by law or regulator.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
