How Mounjaro® works
Mounjaro® is the original branded Tirzepatide pen manufactured by Eli Lilly. As a once-weekly dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist, it remains the most clinically studied tirzepatide product on the market. In the landmark SURMOUNT-1 trial of 2,539 adults with obesity, the 15 mg dose produced an average 22.5% reduction in body weight over 72 weeks, alongside meaningful improvements in blood pressure, lipid profile, and HbA1c. Doses titrate from 2.5 mg upward in 4-week increments (2.5 → 5 → 7.5 → 10 → 12.5 → 15 mg) to minimise nausea and other GI side effects. Each Mounjaro® KwikPen contains four weekly doses and is dispensed cold-chain through our UAE licensed pharmacy partners with original Eli Lilly batch and serial numbers.
