How ORVION Forma works

ORVION Forma™ is our compounded Tirzepatide pen, the same dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist used in Mounjaro® and Zepbound®, prepared by a UAE licensed compounding pharmacy. By activating both incretin pathways, ORVION Forma™ slows gastric emptying, lowers blood glucose, and powerfully suppresses appetite, the combination behind the strongest weight loss outcomes seen in modern obesity medicine. You self-inject once a week into the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm using a prefilled pen. Your Orvion physician starts you on a low introductory dose (typically 2.5 mg) and titrates upward every 4 weeks based on tolerability and goals. Most patients lose 15–22% of body weight over 9–12 months alongside the lifestyle plan we build with you. Common side effects (nausea, mild GI upset, fatigue) usually fade within the first 2–4 weeks.
